This villa is a historical building completely renovated a few years ago. On the ground floor are the rooms used for accommodation, while on the upper floor live the very nice landladies, Clelia and Cinzia. When you arrive you will be welcomed and accompanied to your home. Every morning breakfast will be served on the beautiful terrace of the house in front of a magnificent view. For breakfast you can taste the delicious homemade jams and marmalades made from local produce, fresh bread, pies, fresh fruit, donuts, espresso or American coffee, cappuccino and many other delicacies prepared by the owners. The best way to start the day!

The accommodations on the ground floor of the Sea View Villa are studio apartments of about 25 square meters. There are 2 beds and the possibility of an additional cot. The houses are equipped with all the necessaries of a relaxing holiday in Ustica, enjoying its nature and beauty.

Guests have access to the large terrace which is furnished with deckchairs, garden swing chairs, barbecue, outdoor stove and dining area. There is also an outdoor shower and an area used to rinse diving equipment. In front of you will appear the magnificent terrace garden in which luxuriant organic crops grow, guests may help themselves.

As in a scene skilfully painted by nature, on the background you may admire an beautiful view of the sea of Ustica, the fortress of Falconiera, the tower Santa Maria and the houses of the village by Cala Santa Maria, all adorned by the luxuriant plants of the garden. The villa has also private parking for guests.
