The four apartments in the historic center of Ustica open up on a 150 square meters private patio. When you arrive you will be welcomed by Angela, the landlady, who will offer her guests fresh drinks or granita. Accurate architectural choices and beautiful ornamental plants make these apartments a unique place. The floors are made of the characteristic Sicilian terracotta tiles, while the walls are made of tuff, thus emphasizing the island peculiarities.

The patio can be used by all guests, it is furnished with deck chairs, benches, garden swing chair, a large teak-wood table for unforgettable dinners under the stars, barbecue and a large cooking top. On one side of the large terrace are handy drying racks and showers, useful to freshen up after a day at sea, hiking or trekking in the beautiful island of Ustica. This area is also practical for rinsing diving equipment.

The structure consists of three two-room apartments, each about 30 square meters large, that sleeps two. A two-room apartment, about 72 square meters, organized on two floors. In the latter, on the first floor is the bedroom, which can be arranged with a double bed and 1 or 2 additional single beds, and a private bathroom. On the ground floor is the living-room with kitchenette, kitchenware and fridge.

Outside is the large terrace with deckchairs, garden swing chair, teak table, barbecue, sinks and showers with hot water. This area is the most used one during summer holidays.
